Refund policy

We keep things small, special, and sustainable—so here’s how returns work:

• 14-day window for returns or exchanges
  Let us know within 14 days of delivery, and if it’s in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags on, and packaging intact), we’ll take it back.
• One gentle return per order
  Because each DDWP piece is made in limited runs, we offer one free return or size exchange per order (within Italy and the EU). Second returns? We ask you to cover the postage—so we can keep creating joy without waste.
• Non EU returns are your call
  If you’re shipping from outside the EU, returns are entirely at your cost. We recommend using a trackable service—for everyone’s peace of mind.
• Damaged or defected? We got you.
  Found something wrong with your item? Snap a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement—or refund if we’re out of stock.
• Refunds timeline
  Once your return arrives, allow us 2–3 business days to check it and process your refund to your original payment method.
