1. Order Processing
- Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days—because every stitch matters, babe.
- We don't ship on weekends or holidays—but during those cozy days, our sewing machines work overtime to prep your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

If customs fees come up—those are on the customer, not us (it’s standard practice).
3. Tracking
- You’ll receive your tracking code by email as soon as your parcel sets sail.
- If it goes temporarily ghost—allow us to help track it down. Just holler.
4. Lost & Damaged Delivery
- If your order arrives slightly chaotic (lost contents or some wardrobe drama), snap a pic and reach out within 7 days.
- We'll work with you on a replacement, refund, or even a patch-up—whatever fits your vibe best.
5. Sustainability Note
We run small-batch production to stay planet-friendly—so sometimes restocking or shipping takes a bit more time, but it’s worth it for your unique style.
